TRANSITIONAL YOUTH HOUSING
CCFR presently offers housing units as scattered sites,
encompassing a total of 15 beds. TYHP grants young adults
the opportunity to reside in a secure, unstaffed community
setting for a duration of up to 24 months. The delivery of
services within the Transitional Housing program will adopt a

YOUR ACTION BOARD
YOUth Centered; YOUth led!
Bristol County’s Youth Advisory Board (YAB) is a welcoming space for young adult who have faced the trials of homelessness. Here, they come together as a lively community to support each other and advocate for their peers. The YAB amplifies their voices, ensuring they resonate at the state level. The YAB gathers real, meaningful feedback that helps improve the services and
systems designed to support them. Together, the members are empowered to create their own strategies, missions, values, and goals.
