HELP CCFR HELP OTHERS WITH A FOOD DONATION

CCFR runs the largest Food Pantry South of Boston (Solanus Casey Food Pantry), that services approximately 800 walk-ins (singles and families) per month. We also house 75+ homeless families and persons who get assistance from the pantry, and a host of other clients accessing our services. Food donations are greatly appreciated, and any donation is completely tax-deductible on your income tax return. We ask that food be new, packaged and non-perishable.  Canned foods, dry goods and similar items are accepted and appreciated.

Please contact the New Bedford office to arrange for food drop-off or for more information about our food pantry and annual food drives.

HOW TO ORGANIZE A FOOD DRIVE

Food drives make great service projects, and are a popular method of collecting food donations. They are widely used among churches, schools, service organizations, the US Postal Service, and many community events.

For tips on how to start a food drive, please feel free to contact your nearest CCFR office or food pantry.
