CCFR transitional housing are time limited programs which provide shelter and services to get you back onto your feet. A step up from a shelter, our transitional housing is dorm style living; you have a private room or apartment, with shared kitchens and bathrooms.
These programs general service particular classes of clients, for example: Women just released from prison, pregnant mothers, etc.
ST. CLARE’S
St. Clare’s provides sober transtional housing for women who are coming out of incarceration. It provides dorm style single occupancy living with shared common areas, kitchen, and bathrooms in Hyannis, MA. Each client is responsible for the day to day running of the home. Clients in the program are provided supportive services that will enable those with a history of incarceration or other barriers to achieve long-term sustainability on their own. Working with our other services, we address you and your needs from your physical and mental health, your financial stability, reuniting with your families, and what ever else you may need. It is also staffed 24 hours a day. St. Clare’s is a 6 month program.
St. Clare’s is not a self referral program (you cannot refer yourself) referral comes from the respective Correctional Institutes.
