The First Time Homebuyer Workshop will be held over two evening sessions.
You must attend the 2 sessions to receive a First Time Homebuyer Certificate.

- Budgeting & Credit
- Obtaining a Mortgage
- Searching for a Home
- Multi-Family Ownership
- City Programs
- Lead Paint
- Legal/Insurance
Fee and Registration:
Registrer by May 30th, 2025.
You are considered registered upon receipt of your non-refundable check or money order and all registration and disclosure forms.
