This includes emergency shelter and unsheltered homelessness. To access these funds, a household must call their community\u2019s Coordinated Entry System (CES).<\/li>\n<li>Homeless Prevention provides financial assistance (rental arrears, utility payments, rental assistance, moving assistance, etc.) for households who are defined by HUD as at-risk for homelessness. This means that a household must either have a court judgment of eviction or a 14 or 30-day notice to vacate, and be under 30% of the Area Median Income. Again, to access these funds, a household must call their community\u2019s Coordinated Entry System (CES).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
