Purchasing a home, whether it be your first, second, third, etc, can be a very daunting, time consuming, and the biggest financial decision most of us will ever make. You can meet one-on-one with a counselor to discuss the criteria for buying a home, review mortgage products for first time homebuyers, determine a budget and overall credit history information; a counselor can assist clients in preparing an \u201caction plan\u201d to follow to prepare for homeownership. Documentation usually required for a homebuyer preparation appointment will include current pay subs for your most recent months of employment, two years tax returns and W-2\u2019s, credit information (if applicable), and three months of bank statements. Additional information may be required.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
